Medical & Treatment Disclosure

Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.

At Eterna Wellness Med Spa, your safety and well-being are our highest priorities. All medical aesthetic services are provided only after an individualized consultation and evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider to determine whether treatment is appropriate for your specific needs.

Botulinum Toxin (Botox® and Other Neuromodulators)

Botulinum toxin injections are prescription medical treatments used to temporarily reduce the appearance of dynamic facial wrinkles and, in some cases, to treat certain medical conditions. Results vary from person to person and are not permanent. Most patients begin to notice improvement within several days, with full results typically developing within two weeks. Maintenance treatments are generally recommended every three to four months.

As with any medical procedure, potential risks include pain, bruising, swelling, redness, headache, asymmetry, eyelid or eyebrow drooping, allergic reactions, infection, and, in rare cases, spread of toxin effects causing muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing, or difficulty breathing. You should immediately seek emergency medical care if you experience difficulty breathing, swallowing, speaking, or significant muscle weakness after treatment.

Botulinum toxin treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding and may not be appropriate for individuals with certain neuromuscular disorders or allergies to product ingredients. Only FDA-approved products obtained through authorized U.S. suppliers are administered at Eterna Wellness Med Spa.

Peptide Therapy Disclosure

Peptide therapy is an evolving area of medicine. Certain peptide medications may be prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider when clinically appropriate. Depending on the specific peptide, some uses may be considered off-label, meaning they are prescribed based on the provider's clinical judgment rather than for an FDA-approved indication.

Many peptides discussed in scientific literature are investigational and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for cosmetic, anti-aging, wellness, or hair restoration purposes. Individual responses vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding effectiveness, duration of results, or specific outcomes.

Peptide therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless specifically approved by the FDA for that indication. Treatment recommendations are based on each patient's medical history, examination, and informed consent. Patients are encouraged to discuss all medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions before beginning therapy.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on genetics, age, lifestyle, medical conditions, treatment adherence, and other factors. Before-and-after photographs represent individual patient experiences and do not guarantee similar results for every patient.
